Bulk Leads Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sakred Business Solutions LLC, doing business as BulkLeads ("Bulk Leads," "we," "us"), handles personal information. We are a data vendor: we sell consumer inquiry records to insurance professionals. That means this policy covers two very different groups of people, so it is organized that way: our buyers, and the consumers whose records we sell.

1. If you are a buyer

What we collect.

• Order information: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of what you buy (lead type, quantity, states, price).
• Billing: your transactions and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Communications: emails you send us and our replies.

Where it lives. We run on established platforms, each holding what it needs to do its job: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google Workspace (order tracking), and our website hosting provider. All are U.S.-based services and data is processed in the United States.

How we use it. To take and fulfill your orders, send receipts and deliveries, support you, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.

What we never do. We do not sell buyer personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers above, professional advisers, or when the law requires it.

2. If you are a consumer in a record we sell

Our product is consumer inquiry data: records of people who responded to marketing about insurance products, purchased from third-party suppliers and resold in batches. A record typically contains a name, contact information, state, and details of the original inquiry.

• We sell these records to insurance professionals for their own marketing. Each buyer decides whether and how to contact anyone in the data and is responsible for their own compliance with the laws that apply to their outreach.
• If a business contacted you, your first stop is that business: they chose to contact you, and they hold the record they used. Ask them to stop and they are required to honor it.
• To ask us to exclude your information from future deliveries, email support@bulkleads.ai with your name and phone number or email address. We will suppress matching records from what we sell going forward and confirm when it is done.
• Some state privacy laws give residents rights over data held by data sellers, including the right to know, delete, or opt out of the sale of personal information. Section 6 explains how to use them.

3. Website visitors

Our site collects standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and to keep the order form working. We may use analytics and advertising cookies or pixels to measure our marketing; where those tools count as "selling" or "sharing" under a state privacy law, you can opt out through your browser controls or by emailing us.

4. Retention

We keep order and billing records as long as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Suppression requests are kept permanently, because honoring them requires remembering them. Consumer records in our inventory are kept while they remain sellable inventory.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people and systems that need it, and payment credentials live only with our payment processor. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.

6. Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale. Email support@bulkleads.ai and we will respond within the time the law sets. You will not be penalized for using your rights. For consumers: an opt-out request stops future sale of matching records by us; it does not undo deliveries already made, and requests about a specific business's outreach go to that business.

7. Children

Our services are for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect or sell information about anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
